For more than a decade, we’ve served as a trusted growth partner to founders, creatives, and Change Makers — designing the operations, marketing, and sales strategies that powered their businesses forward. As our work and vision evolve, we are no longer accepting new 1:1 client engagements. This next chapter deepens our focus on research, diagnostics, and decision architecture through the Moridian Finder™, a framework built to help organizations and institutions understand how people move, decide, and create change. Impact Innovators with Felicia Ford will return in a new season aligned with this direction, and Strategic Edge Magazine will pause publication during this transition. Fireside Chats will continue through November and National Black Girl Month™ will convene in April as scheduled. To everyone who has trusted us to walk alongside your growth journey — thank you. The work we’ve done together laid the foundation for everything we’re building now.
